Claire Beauparlant
Veterinary Assistant
Growing up in the rural areas of the Niagara Region, Claire developed a lifelong passion for animal care that naturally led her into veterinary medicine. Recently relocated to the Kitchener–Waterloo area, she brings three years of experience working with the Humane Society, along with hands-on experience in high-volume spay and neuter clinics and small animal general practice. As a tech-level veterinary assistant, she is committed to providing compassionate, attentive care and is looking forward to attending veterinary technician school next year to become certified.
At home, her love for animals continues with Forest, her husky mix rescued from a native reserve, Kiwi, her cat, and Eddy, her Thoroughbred horse. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys hiking with her dog, camping, horseback riding, and relaxing with a good book. Her dedication to animal welfare and eagerness to continue growing in the field make her a valued member of the veterinary team.
