Wellness Exams

Routine wellness exams allow us to monitor your pet’s overall health, detect concerns early, and provide personalized preventive care. These visits help ensure your pet remains happy, healthy, and protected as their needs change over time.

Comprehensive Health Assessment
Lung & Heart Auscultation
Careful listening of the heart and lungs to identify murmurs, arrhythmias, and abnormal respiratory sounds.
Reproductive Organ Examination
External examination of reproductive organs to assess for abnormalities, swelling, or signs of discharge.
Oral Examination
Evaluation of the teeth, gums, and oral cavity to detect tartar buildup, periodontal disease, and other dental concerns.



Skin & Coat Evaluation
Inspecting the skin and coat for signs of parasites (including fleas or ticks), lumps, or other skin abnormalities that may indicate an underlying health issue.

Eye & Ear Evaluation
Checking the eyes and ears for redness, discharge, swelling, or signs of infection.

Abdominal Palpation
Gently examining the abdomen to assess internal organs and check for signs of discomfort, swelling, or abnormalities.

Skin & Coat Evaluation
We inspect your pet's skin and coat for signs of allergies, infections, parasites (such as fleas or ticks), lumps, or any other skin abnormalities that might indicate a health issue.

Additional Diagnostic Recommendations
If any abnormalities are found during the wellness exam, our veterinarians may recommend further diagnostic tests. These could include bloodwork, urinalysis, diagnostic imaging (such as X-rays or ultrasound), or other tests to ensure an accurate diagnosis and develop an appropriate treatment plan.
