Surgery Booking
Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms carefully before completing your surgery booking.
1. BOOKING DEPOSIT
A non-refundable $50 booking deposit is required to reserve your pet's surgery appointment.
Your deposit will be applied toward your final invoice on the day of your pet's procedure.
Submitting a booking confirms your understanding and acceptance of this policy.
2. APPOINTMENT CONDFIRMATION
Your selected booking time is your pet's drop-off (admission) time, not the scheduled surgery time.
Procedures are performed throughout the morning based on the needs of each patient.
Our team will contact you prior to your appointment with fasting instructions, admission details, and any additional information required before the surgery.
3. RESCHEDULING
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact our clinic as soon as possible.
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a new surgery date based on availability.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
The $50 booking deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your appointment.
In certain circumstances, such as when a procedure must be postponed due to a medical concern identified by our veterinary team, the clinic may transfer your deposit to a future appointment at its discretion.
5. ARRIVAL
Please arrive promptly at your selected drop-off time.
Late arrivals may impact the day's surgery schedule and may require rescheduling of your appointment.
6. PET HEALTH
If your pet becomes ill or develops any health concerns before the scheduled surgery, please contact our clinic immediately.
Our veterinary team will determine whether the procedure should proceed or be rescheduled in the interest of your pet's safety.
7. PAYMENT
The remaining balance for your pet's procedure is due at the time of discharge unless other arrangements have been made with the clinic.
8. OWNER RESPONSIBILITY
By completing your booking, you confirm that:
